Traveling Science Programs

Can’t come to Sci-Quest? We can bring our education programs to you! Our Traveling Science Programs offer a variety of standards-based, hands-on science activities for the classroom.
 
We offer programs for pre-K through high school. Sci-Quest’s Education Department can provide curriculum-based programs that are tailored to your classroom’s specific needs. Below is a short list of subjects our Traveling Science Program offers:

Preschool Traveling Science Programs (Single Day and Multi Sessions) – We offer single day and multi session themed programs for preschoolers.

Elementary Traveling Science Programs (Single Day) – Single day programs are appropriate for groups who want a single experience or a wide variety of offerings in the program. This type of program is perfect for students that don’t have a lot of experience with hands-on learning or are new to science concepts. This is also great for a school that is starting a science club program.

Elementary Traveling Science Programs (Multi Sessions) – We offer multi session themed programs for elementary students which go into greater depth in a single subject. Each session builds on the previous experience and are perfect for groups who want a more in-depth experience for their students.

High School Traveling Science Programs – We offer and can create curriculum for high school students.

The Roaming Dome Traveling Planetarium – Let us bring digital presentations and movies to you with our mobile planetarium.

We can answer any questions, discuss cost, and make scheduling suggestions. Fees will vary according to the number of children and travel distance.

Outreach Reservation Cancellation & Refund

A written cancellation must be received by Sci-Quest to cancel your reservations. An email to Education is sufficient, but not considered official until you have received a response either by returned email or phone. Sci-Quest will make every attempt to reschedule your visit in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

  • There is no cancellation fee if you notify us in writing 14 days before the scheduled visit.
  • There is a 50% fee if cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled visit.
  • There is no cancellation fee if rescheduled within 3 months of the original date with proper notification.
